How do all the reality TV shows get police dash cam videos if they are not public records?

Police Departments can choose to release whichever videos they want to.

My bad, I wasn’t comparing her Collie to the G.S., other that the trick I taught him, the Collie was a dull-witted moron, albeit a gorgeous one, so the Collie and the G.S. would’ve actually been polar opposites in the brains department.

I had a little border collie/terrier type at the time, smart as they come and she owned/punk’d that gorgeous moron for ten years and then out-lived him by six more.

Damn I miss that crazy little bitch.
