I have a Dvd camcorder, and i was wondering how i re-write my Dvd+RW discs. Please Help!
I tried formatting it and there was only like 1/2 the memory available

There should be an option to format the disks, after which you can re-write them.

Sony Handycam. This Handycam is easy to use and fun to have. Great camcorder for beginners! I've never owned my own camcorder before, but THIS great device was TERRIFIC to start off with! Good Deal for personal use. Must buy for personal use like small get togethers,family functions or family trips and holidays. This camera is amzing. buy it from fire inc. Great Camcorder..but.... I like the camcorder. Excellant camera for the price. I bought the camera a few weeks ago for to use on a trip to Disney Land. Just the right size. Just got this, great size, lightweight. Not Macintosh friendly. This is a friend of mine's new camera. Read before you buy. The biggest drawback of this camcorder is that it uses Sony 3" Rewritable DVD+RW. Baby due in 2 days and still without a camera. All sounds great, records to memory stick, I think I have finally found a camera that I can just plug in an upload video to my ibook- NO LUCK!

Exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a camcorder for my family and this one is exactly what I wanted. Good pictures, easy to use Takes good pictures. Everything I'd expected it to be! The camcorder is my very first, and I'm enjoying every moment using it. Decent Video cam, but mediocre low light/indoor performance, limited recording time, very basic upload software. This is a decent video cam that offers some good features:1) ability to record to mini-DVD's that you can upload with the included software fairly easily2) Good quality still pictures. A winner. I bought this as a birthday present for my wife and she loves it. Great litle camera. Easy to use, getting started is a no-brainer. A great camcorder for home movies. This inexpensive and compact DVD camcorder exceeds expectations in video and sound quality. Great Camcorder. I got this camcorder so my husband would have something else to use instead of his camera phone for short little videos. Great Product!!! Sony usually makes great electronics. Great camera, but instructions lacking. The camera works very well, but as one who switched from mini-VHS tape to mini-DVD, it does take some figuring out.
