I have a sony hd camcorder but I do not have a hdtv. Is there a way I can watch film recorded with my hd camcorder on a regular tv? or do I have to buy an hdtv in order to watch the film?

Sony Camcorder with Interchangeable Lens System in Development
by Matthew
Sony has created a video showing a very early look at a new camcorder they are working on that will feature an interchangeable lens system. The camera will be capable of recording in high definition AVCHD.
Not much has been revealed about the camera other than it using an Exmor APS HD CMOS sensor that can be found in a couple of their latest digital cameras (specifically the NEX-5 and NEX-3).
The interchangeable lens system will use the E Mount system along with the A Mount system via an adapter.
From what Sony tell us on their blog , the HD camcorder will be made available later this year in the fall. Of course pricing and more technical details are not ready just yet, but expect them to follow soon. Sony could go either way in terms of pricing and sell the camcorder as a cheaper alternative like they do with the Alpha series of DSLR cameras, or they could make it stupidly high price which is also a thing they like to do.
