Logitech Headset?

I have a Logitech headset. The headphones work well and I can hear just fine. When I go to The audio manager in the control Panel and go to recording, it says my mic is working. But when I try to use my mic, it wont work and it says it didn't hear anything,

In the program you are using to communicate...go to the (Set-up or Tools) folder and select "Microphone (Logitech Mic (Communicate STX) in the pulldown menu for your Mic.
